West Yard Lofts

When the U.S. Navy closed its shipyard at Noisette years ago, North Charleston officials hoped for big things. After the master developer stalled out, it took a push led by Sari & Co. to bring the city its first results. A 60-unit apartment complex opened for working families in mid-January 2011 and was fully leased in March.
